Fox Off the Cuff
Fox News has been made the subject of a new documentary, titled "Outfoxed," which examines the fair and balanced approach of the top-rated cable news network. The film also takes a look at the daily editorial notes John Moody, Senior Vice President for News, had written to the news staff.

On the 9/11 Commission, March 2004: "This is not 'what did he know and when did he know it' stuff. Do not turn this into Watergate."

On Iraq coverage, April 2004: "Do not fall into the easy trap of mourning the loss of US lives and asking out loud why are we there?"

During U.S. military operations in Fallujah, April 2004: "It won't be long before some people start to decry the use of 'excessive force.' We won't be among that group."

On Bush's judicial nominees whose confirmations were being stalled in the Senate, May 2003: "[Some were] being held up because of their POSSIBLE, not demonstrated, views on one issue -- abortion. This should be a trademark issue for FNC today and in the days to come."

Fox News - fair and balanced until further notice.
