By no means. No president has won re-election by a slimmer margin. There had never been more votes against a sitting president in a re-election in history. However, as had been widely publicized, the left needs to reclaim the idea of morality: Keep the federal government out of the marriage business; defend our homeland; keep our seniors healthy; raise the minimum wage and establish a living wage; defend our environment; and teach our children. These have been the morals liberals have been fighting for all along. We must now voice them once again. And win the argument.
