We well know Bush is not the education president. (Bush has even mucked-up his little war with Iraq.) But when we have the president laying out the severe and several challenges our country face with respect to our economy (Quite a recovery we are having by the way. Is it still Clinton's fault..?), we grant him our attention. But sometimes it's the little things that say everything. For example, how much exactly does the Bush administration focus on and worry about the struggles of the average American?
