Bush (Does Not) Call For Low-Income Tax Cuts
While Bush continued his travelling rant on his idea-less Social Security reform (non-existent) plan, Bush, well, put his foot in his mouth. Again.
"Seems like a noble calling for the United States of America, to recognize a lot of people work really hard and don't make a lot of money, but when it comes time to retire, there ought to be dignity in retirement."

Isn't Bush actually calling for low- and middle-income tax cuts? Well, why has he pushed through Congress three tax-cuts that have exclusively helped only the highest wage-earners? And what about this repeal of the estate tax that Bush wants? (You may know of the estate tax by what the GOP calls it: the "death tax.")

I have said this before: Eliminate all federal income taxes for those making under $60,000 (and $90,000 for married couples). Now that is a tax cut.
