I must always plug the blog.Hi
I found your blog after reading your comment about media bias on
http://pbswatch.blogspot.com/. I just wanted to say that I really
appreciated your point about the liberal-conservative media stand-off,
and I hope you will continue to post on PBSWatch and other sites like
it. As much as I am tempted to escape into nothing but liberal
rhetoric and reporting, I continue to venture into centrist and
conservative territory to see if I can somehow connect and
communicate. Ultimately it's essential that we find ways to engage
all sides in discussion. The quality of "debate" today creates
destructive division when what the world needs most is coalition and
progress.
Take care,
Teresa
Teresa-
Thank you for your comments. I will try to post as often as I can on this issue and related issues. I try to post my opinions on other blogs and I always post to mine. I agree, absolutely, with your thoughts on venturing into the deep unknown. I have written on my blog that I find myself watching Fox News or listening to right-wing radio, or reading NewsMax, etc., usually for the material (it is gold), but also because I can't read endless opinions that I mainly agree with. I am an environmentalist libertarian-leaning neo-liberal, and reading what I think and feel all day would bore me to death.
Thank you, once again, and please check out my blog sometime in the future (www.reyonthehill.com).
