The Bush gimmicks just keep on coming. In an effort to publicize the poorly-named "No Child Left Behind" bill, the Bushies dressed up the Education Department building as a little red school house (once again proving that George W. Bush wishes the nation would live in the year 1955, and at the same time, demoralize all of those who actually work in the building).
