Lazy Sunday...
When is it a sign that your time has come? When is it a sign that your time has gone? I have lived exactly twenty-six years today. And I do feel old; but not ridiculously so. At my work, almost everyone is older than me (besides a few student interns) and, in fact, most of the people I work with are nearly five to ten years older than me. But as I watch the telly, read the news (and blog about it), I wonder, is there a sign? And am I missing it? Syracuse sweeping the four-game Big East Championship in four days and earning a (dreaded?) five-seed; the Sopranos returns to HBO with new episodes (finally); and the possible censuring of the president are all signs that suggest that only good things are to come. Hell, as my brother (and best man at my upcoming wedding) wished me a happy birthday on my voicemail, he even admitted that the fact that the Sopranos returning coincided with my birthday was "pretty impressive." Well, I can't take all the credit, but I do my best.

Blog later...

Feel young, and ridiculously so, cause you are about to hit the waves.

That someone special has gotten you 1 Group Class and 2 Repeat Private lessons with an equipment package with the Bolinas Surf Lessons company. (Near Stinson Beach!)

The Group Classes last 1½ hours and are designed for beginner and first time surfers and will focus on surfing rules and etiquette and wave riding fundamentals and are offered year round.

In a Repeat Private Lesson, which last 1 hour, you will spend most of your time in the water practicing wave judgment, dropping in to the face of waves, riding down the line and maneuvering.
