- Microsoft and MTV to take on Apple's iTunes... "What Microsoft is trying to do is create something similar (to Apple)." Sound familiar? Ten percent innovation; ninety percent imitation.

- Al Gore must be running for president... He was hilarious on SNL. Will Kerry take another chance? Or, are we supposed to just accept Hillary?

- And quote of the day... "Mrs. Bush complained that when her husband's popularity was high, newspapers did not put that on the front page." Reality: Bush polled above ninety percent approval immediately following the horrific events of nine-eleven (Bush polled roughly 50% prior to those events), and has been on a steady decline ever since. Is Mrs. Bush suggesting that the newspapers should have scrapped their stories about the heroic actions of many (and the horrible loss for others) in the days following nine-eleven and, instead, should have printed day-after-day the miscellaneous fact that the president currently had high approval numbers? Shameful...
