I don't know what is more funny: the war that has erupted between the-ever-so-ugly Mickey Kaus and Kos (maybe it is because their nicknames are so similar, but Kaus spends half of his day writing about Jesus, er, I mean Markos) or the willingness of the DailyKos readership to heed to Markos' demands to contribute money to "netroots endorsed" campaigns (monkey see, monkey do)?
