- What was originally known as "that California heat-wave thing" is making its way to the East Coast and is now being coined as a heat-wave "across the nation." Interesting how that works. When the two-week-long heat-wave was in California: "Oh, those California people with their heat; they are so fancy." And now: "Oh my, a heat-wave has struck the nation!" Now you east-coasters know what we were talking about (although 90 degrees at midnight ain't too bad, really), but you poor folks have to deal with all of the humidity you've got over there too. Oh, the humanity. (haha. But I shouldn't laugh, because someone will probably die.)
Man, what a blogpost bummer... First, nine-eleven (again; thanks GOP/Bush for the memories). And now, heat-wave deaths. I need a drink.
