The best thing about being homeschooled is that you can simultaneously be the coolest kid in class and the teacher's pet, as well as both the smartest kid and most athletic. It is a win-win. However, that does not mean you are actually learning anything.

A California appeals court has decided that homeschool teachers must be credentialed for the children to be allowed to be homeschooled. If not, they must go to public school.

I understand that this may upset the dozens of parents who actually do homeschool their children in the state (keeping them away from the liberal and anti-American public school teachers), but on the face of the decision, it makes not only sense, but the decision is also a practical guide for accrediting future teachers in the state.
