General David H. Petraeus, "the senior commander of multinational forces in Iraq warned Congress Tuesday against removing 'too many troops too quickly.'"

You know, the General is right. We should give him the benefit of the doubt. We cannot remove too many troops too quickly. What the U.S. needs to do in Iraq is simply remove many troops quickly, disregarding any emphasis of "too." That should work just fine.
