Taking the High Road to Hell

He will strive for tax cuts for the rich. He will start wars for profit. And he will fight to his death to stop gay marriage and legal, safe abortions. However, Bush met with state governors yesterday to defend his plan to cut Medicaid by $40 billion. That is right, you read that correctly; the man who represents the moral highground is cutting funding for health plans intended for those in financial need.

This just in: the CEO of McDonald’s has recently cashed his tax refund. He plans on investing the new-found money in a well-balanced mutual fund.
