Senator Raises the Stakes

In Tuesday, April 4, 2005, edition of the Washington Post, Charles Babington writes of GOP Senator John Cornyn (Texas) and how he believes the recent courthouse violence across America is a concerted effort to protest the opinions of “activist judges.” And here I thought that the earth spun on its own axis!

That’s right, judge the constitutionality of a law closely, my friend, or you might be shot. Man, they do do things different in Texas.
