Ike Eisenhower: Bush is Stupid

The following quote, posted at Crooks and Liars, by President Dwight “Ike” Eisenhower is a great find. Hopefully, Keith Olbermann of MSNBC’s Countdown picks this one up.
Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes you can do these things. Among them are H. L. Hunt (you possibly know his background), a few other Texas oil millionaires, and an occasional politician or business man from other areas. On the Crooks and Liars blog, the editors replaced H. L. Hunt’s name with “(xxx)” and I wonder why. Hunt has long been thought to be “involved” in the JFK assassination by conspiracy theorists. The Texas billionaire and his sons, one of which is Lamar who owns the NFL Kansas City Chiefs football team (originally the Dallas Texans), purportedly had links to Jack Ruby. Jack Ruby, if it is necessary to state this, shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald days after the November 22, 1963, assassination of John F. Kennedy. Lee Harvey Oswald… Okay, this is getting silly.
