Im’ing the Katrina Disaster With A Conservative

I find it so moving when even a conservative realizes the obvious. (My statement is a play on what Giuliani supposedly said to himself immediately following the attacks of nine-eleven.)

Note: Suc23 has been a friend of mine (despite his stubborn conservativeness) since high school.
