MLB Playoff 2005

I make the following predictions for this year’s baseball playoff in what has become an annual tradition for this blog.

National League
Houston Astros over the Atlanta Braves (in 4 games);
St. Louis Cardinals over the San Diego Padres (in 4 games); and
St. Louis Cardinals over the Houston Astros (in 6 games).

American League
Boston Red Sox over the Chicago White Sox (in 4 games);
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim over the New York Yankees (in 5 games); and
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim over the Boston Red Sox (in 7 games).

World Series
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim over the St. Louis Cardinals (in 7 games).
