State-Directed Counseling

I am not trying to get preachy here (a la Daily Kos) but Roe is virtually overturned already in Nebraska… “Nebraska has some of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country. Women must attend state-directed counseling and wait 24 hours before they can undergo the procedure. At least one parent must be notified before a minor can get an abortion.“
Pro-life (read: anti-choice) supporters see an Alito confirmation to the Supreme Court as the final step in overturning Roe v. Wade. “‘The pro-life movement is in the best position it has ever been in,’ [said] Wendy Wright of Concerned Women for America.“
Eep.
