Fact: Bush tried to rally the congressional republicans last Thursday… “Ours [the GOP] is the party that can see into the future.“

Commentary: Apparently, they took the night off before Katrina and were on vacation during the buildup to the Iraq quagmire, but it’s a pretty neat trick, nonetheless.
