Drawing Blanks On Deficit

Although the Bush Administration would like to trumpet the ridiculously-high deficits as a success of wealthy-man tax cuts, the head of the Government Accountability Office says, “We’re in much worse shape fiscally today than we were a few years ago.” And he should know. (That is what he is paid to do; unlike Bush, whom we pay to listen to Dick Cheney.)
