Gay, conservative (and proud!) pundit Andrew Sullivan on the news that Vice President Dick Cheney’s lesbian daughter is expectant… “You cannot be a party that sees gay love, marriage and parenthood as the work of Satan and have a vice-presidential family that is busy building a lesbian family as an integral part of it.“
Unless, of course, Dick Cheney is satan. Didn’t think of that, did you, Sully?

Of course you can, Andrew, and the way to do that is by sheer hypocrisy. Just say nothing and try to forget about your daughter, at least in public, as your boss continues to advocate limiting the rights of gays and lesbians! Then, in porivate, show how much love and respect you have for her and her partner. That’s how it’s done!
