Been Down So Long, Don’t Know Which Way Is Up

And we’re back.
This just in, Easter is a made-up holiday. Well, to be factual, it is based on the pagan holiday of Ostara, the rebirth of spring. You get it, rebirth of spring, resurrection of Jesus. Same thing really. Ever wondered why Easter has all these bunnies and chicks and eggs? Because bunnies and chicks and eggs are signs of the rebirth of the new year, following the long winter. So drink up, it’s another pagan holiday.* (The pagan holiday is celebrated on the vernal equinox, the first day of Spring. Easter is a made-up holiday which alternates the actual date every year in order to confuse the Kool-Aid drinkers from realizing their holiday is, in all reality, an annual pagan ritual. Now, drink up.)
* I converted to paganism (I consider myself one-quarter pagan now) so I could have reasons to drink. It’s a new moon, folks. Beer. The sun went down. Beer. It is high tide. You’ve got it, another beer.
