    When the sales rep started to talk about wireless broadband, I think you should have mentioned that you had a poor connection with lots of interference on your end and that he should call you back. If, and when, “John” called again, you could again claim a bad connection because of the crummy Sprint equipment and/or network. After a few calls like this, they won’t ever call back.
