Fifty percent of what Bush says it factually correct.
Thirty percent of what Bush says is demonstrably false.
Twenty percent of what Bush says is intentionally misleading.
You do not go to war with a leader that only knows fifty percent of the facts. You don’t keep a leader in charge that only know fifty percent of the facts.

The problem for me, and I’m sure for others, too, is trying to determine which category best fits what Bush is saying at any particular time. Previously, I never considered anything Bush said to be truthful, but, like a broken clock, I’m sure he must be right sometimes, no matter hoe few and far between those times are.
