Meanwhile, Chancellor Merkel is explaining to President Putin, “Vladimir, I don’t think you have anything to worry about from this guy on my left. He’s not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, if you know what I mean. He’s so out of it that he wanted me to arrange for a meeting between him and Col. Klink.”
