reyonthehill does dc :: Introduction

In December 2005, my then-fiancee and I made our way to the nation’s capital: Washington, DC. My intention was to stir things up in the political process, and my now-wife’s was to warm up.
A brief introduction to the mall at Capitol Hill, I guess. And this is frozen water.
