Laugh Radio

I was listening to left-wing radio on the (long) drive home this evening, and I happened upon a discussion about the conspiracy to keep Dennis Kucinich out of the democratic debates. I discovered soon after that the conversation was with Cindy Sheehan, who is running to replace Nancy Pelosi as representative of San Francisco in the House, and the tragic story of her family and the war in Iraq is truly heartening, and I do not want to take away from all of the good Ms. Sheehan has brought to the Iraq war debate. You could argue that without her efforts, the U.S. may have been bogged down in Iran right now. (You could argue that.)

However, this Kucinich stuff is nonsense. There needs to be a minimum threshold for participating in debates — 15 percent, 10 percent, 5 percent, something. Or else you would have any idiot up there. Like Dennis Kucinich.
