Who is winning the medium-sized states? I will assume medium-sized states have between 45 and 75 delegates, in what I will refer to as the “medium state index.”

Louisiana — 57

Hillary Clinton

Total — 2 states — 124 delegates

This is Obama’s strong-hold. He has the strength within the liberal elite metropolitan areas, as well as enough rust-belt credibility to put him over the top in these states.
