Nothing To See Here

I thoroughly enjoy the argument made by the Justice Department defending the former EPA Administrator’s liability over saying that the air was fine to breathe in-and-around lower Manhattan immediately following the events of nine-eleven, “that holding the former head of the Environmental Protection Agency liable would set a dangerous precedent in future disasters because public officials would fear making public statements.”

Go ahead, drink the water people, it is safe. Just proceed at your own risk. I hereby indemnify myself and my comments from all responsibility for any potential harm that is done by you drinking the water. But the water is fine, people, trust me.
