There Will Be Blood

I am surprised that this subject — the early history of the oil industry — hasn’t been explored before in films. Daniel Day-Lewis certainly earned his Oscar, but what really brought me in was the score. It was magnificent, and should have easily won an Academy Award.

I disagreed with your “Lions and Lambs” movie review, I thought it was boring and slow but I just saw “there will be blood” this weekend and it was excellent. His performance was great and the historic story line was very intriguing. 5 stars for me.
